Lauren spent 15 years working on and running a variety of yards before joining South Wales Equine Vets in 2021.
During her spare time she enjoys working and competing her own horse, a 15hh Sec D called Teddy, that she broke in herself. She also spends time walking with her Patterdale Terrier George, and looking for new and interesting places to walk.
Caroline has worked in the veterinary field for over 40 years - working with everything from the smallest, furriest animals, to farm animals and horses.
She enjoys looking after her own pets, and has had many over the years - hamsters, rabbits, dogs, cats, tortoises, horses and even a goose. At the moment, Caroline has a small dog called Maisie who loves being walked in her local park. She also has a guinea pig called Duncan, who is very spoilt. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family, and swimming.
Katrina started with B&W Equine in 2013, having worked within the veterinary/animal industry since starting employment after leaving school. Katrina is usually the first person to greet you on arrival at the clinic. As well as her reception work, she is responsible for billing and also assists the vets with procedures out on calls and at the clinic.
In her spare time, Katrina enjoys walking her Border Terrier X Pug, Tia. She also enjoys spending time with her horse Layton and can often been seen riding around the mountains, driving him or taking part in driving rallies.
